CSS lives or dies on its committee.
Committees are variable, and individual members get busy.
We need tooling that allows the community to get involved in the management of CSS.

Suggestions channel in Discord with voting.
Allow anyone to run small-scale social events with voting-based approval and automatic announcement.
Allow for sub-groups to form within the CSS Discord for individual interests, including event management tooling.
Provide static site hosting on the CSS domain for members.
This would all be open-source with member contributions encouraged.
